Indore, India – Dharastuti Ventures, a pioneering local agricultural initiative founded in October 2023 by Aditi Totla, Shweta Nagar, and Neha Vyas, extends a warm invitation to the Indore community to join them in a unique strawberry farm experience on February 25th, 2024.
Nestled in the heart of Pipliyahana, Indore, and along the Ujjain road, Dharastuti Ventures has cultivated 2 thriving strawberry farms spanning acres of fertile land. Embracing natural farming practices, Dharastuti Ventures utilizes cow manure and organic sprays derived from neem leaves to nurture their strawberries, ensuring high nutritional value without harmful chemicals.
With the mission to collaborate with environmental enthusiasts to achieve a Happy and Healthy ecosystem in Indore, Dharastuti’s eco-conscious team started cultivating and caring for the strawberry saplings sourced from Pune. With meticulous monitoring of nutrient levels and safeguarding against diseases with the aid of agronomists, the fruits are now ripe for the picking. Fresh strawberries from the Dharastuti farms are now available in the local Indore market and surplus supply is reaching as far as Jaipur, Mumbai, and Delhi.
Dharastuti Ventures cordially invites the people of Indore to partake in a one-of-a-kind farm experience. Visitors will have the opportunity to stroll through the strawberry fields, handpick their own berries, and indulge in the natural splendour of the farm during a 15-minute farm walk.
The Dharastuti strawberries are carefully grown “for the locals of the city, by the locals of the city and come from local farms”. This ensures a truly local flavour that is healthy as well as delicious.
Looking ahead, Dharastuti Ventures will further expand operations to achieve its vision of a Healthy and Happy Society through Fresh Harvest by offering vegetable farmhouses. With these farmhouses, environmental enthusiasts can enjoy horticulture and farming on their own farms. In these vegetable farms, Dharastuti plans to include cultivating a variety of exotic vegetables/fruits including blueberries, strawberries, cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, capsicum, lettuce etc. and utilising innovative automated farming techniques for optimal yield and environmental sustainability.
The journey doesn’t stop there. Dharastuti Ventures plans to establish a food processing unit for value addition, packaging, and cleaning of fresh produce, alongside offering eco-conscious farmhouses where individuals can relish ongoing access to farm-fresh fruits and vegetables.
Join Dharastuti Ventures on February 25th, 2024, for a day of farm-fresh delights and a glimpse into the future of sustainable agriculture.
